What we collect
We store the account, profile, facility, shift, invoice, and uploaded-logo information you choose to add. We also process the technical session data needed to keep you signed in securely.
Why we use it
Your information is used only to operate EasySheets: authenticate you, save your work, generate invoices, deliver account email, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Service providers
EasySheets uses Vercel for application hosting and file storage, Neon for PostgreSQL hosting, and Resend for transactional account email. These providers process data only as needed to deliver those functions.
Retention and control
We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational obligations. Contact us if you need access, correction, or deletion assistance.
Your responsibility
Invoice and healthcare-facility records may contain business information. Avoid entering patient medical information; EasySheets is not a medical record system.
